In this role, you\’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centres (Delivery Centres), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Your role and responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for driving the successful execution of technical projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring client satisfaction. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing technical projects, working closely with developers, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Analysing and defining project requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborating with development teams to ensure projects meet business objectives, technical standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
- Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets, and managing risks and issues.
- Conducting thorough testing and quality assurance, identifying defects, and guiding resolution.
- Documenting and communicating project progress, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Continuously improving project management processes and methodologies.

Required technical and professional expertise
- Strong track record as a Business Analyst, with a strong background in technical project delivery.
- In-depth knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with project management tools delivering at least 1 end to software development project.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
