Your Role:

As a Business Analyst , you will be at the forefront of client interactions, gathering requirements, analysing business processes, and delivering impactful solutions. This is a client-facing role , so you must be confident in presenting ideas, leading discussions, and managing stakeholder expectations .

Ideal Candidate:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in an Agile environment
A bachelor’s degree in a related subject from a Red brick University
Experience in business process modelling and requirement gathering
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present confidently to clients
Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions
A proactive and adaptable approach to work
