TARCG is looking for a dedicated professional for a Part “M” / “CAMO” Airworthiness Support role within our client\’s Technical Services Department. This position is pivotal in maintaining airworthiness standards, supporting the CAMO Manager in ensuring compliance, and investigating occurrence reports. The focus will be on resolving aircraft technical defects, particularly in Avionics and Electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Autonomously and collaboratively support the aircraft fleet as needed.
- Keep track of fleet defect status, base maintenance progress, and project updates, prioritizing activities for safe operation.
- Provide technical support for Approved Maintenance Programme (AMP) Development, investigating maintenance defects, and suggesting preventive actions.
- Review aircraft entering or leaving the fleet maintenance programs to ensure compliance with airworthiness requirements and determine bridging maintenance needs.
Qualifications:
- Degree Level education, B2 License, or equivalent.
Essential Skills:
- At least 7 years of Aviation Engineering experience.
- Strong understanding of Part M/CAMO, Part 145, and UK National Airworthiness Requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and IT skills.
- Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to make sound judgments in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven problem-solving, planning, and organizational abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a Continuing Airworthiness Management organization.
- Background as a B2 licensed engineer or in managing the continued airworthiness of aircraft avionics in a CAMO setting.
- Familiarity with B737CL/NG (or similar Boeing products) and/or ATR 42/72.
- Experience with Trax EMRO maintenance software or similar.
- Demonstrated experience in the majority or all of the listed responsibilities.
