I’m partnering with a global power solutions manufacturing company near Reading to recruit a Group FP&A Analyst for their central function. In this role, you’ll be a key part of the financial performance team, supporting forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting. You’ll collaborate with finance and non-finance teams across various business divisions, providing critical insights to drive strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in financial reporting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making.
- Analyze financial performance by monitoring key metrics, trends, and variances.
- Support month-end and quarter-end reporting processes, including variance analysis and management reporting.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize revenue, costs, and profitability.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis.
- Experience with financial planning tools (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan, SAP, or similar) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
