What will help you succeed:
Being flexible & goal oriented.
Being capable of taking a step back to look at a bigger picture.
Advanced English skills.
Experience working with external clients and outsourcing. Directly interfacing with clients from the US or Europe is a plus!
Experience having frequent interaction with appropriate stakeholders and providing visibility and accurate information that impacts client’s business.
Experience negotiating yearly business plans with customers.
Team leadership. Experience working with a distributed or multidisciplinary team is a plus!
Relevant experience in a software development or delivery organization working with agile teams.
Knowledge of agile scaled frameworks. Agile certifications are a plus!
Experience with risk management, operations, P&L and forecasting.
Being able to detect opportunities to improve project performance.
MBA degree or similar studies is a big plus!
