Southern Renewal Enterprise:
The Southern Renewals Enterprise (SRE) is accountable for the Southern Regions renewals programme (CP7 & CP8) and through collective expertise will develop, mobilise and deliver a 9 billion programme between 2024 2034.
The Southern integrated Delivery (SID) which forms part of the SRE is a fully integrated commercial partnership between AtkinsRalis, Network Rail, Octavius, VolkerFitzpatrick and VolkerRail and through our collective strength, capability and knowledge we will own and deliver the renewals programme. Together we achieve and share in success.

From development remits through to managing project delivery, you’ll play a key role in the success of all kinds of projects. Whatever your focus, you will champion excellence and ensure world class results.
About the role (External)
In this key role, you’ll manage the successful delivery of Network Operations projects to agreed scope, times and cost. Accountable for developing project remits, you’ll work closely with important stakeholders, including project sponsors and Programme Managers, to agree criteria for success. Along the way, you’ll produce a range of progress reports detailing risks and issues, compliance, performance and efficiency. Actively managing project delivery and the deployment of resources, you’ll be at the heart of safety, compliance and world-class endeavours.
Essential Criteria
- A working knowledge of project and business management processes and techniques
- Demonstrable understanding of processes for managing health and safety and compliance
- Good interpersonal, influencing, communication and organisation skills
- Adept at delivering results under pressure
