An established and growing digital agency is looking for an experienced Performance Director to lead its Paid Media and SEO teams. This is a strategic leadership role, ideal for someone who excels in performance marketing, data-driven decision-making, and commercial growth.

You’ll be responsible for defining multi-channel strategies, building high-performing teams, and ensuring best-in-class campaign execution. The role requires strong client management skills, an innovative mindset, and the ability to drive measurable results across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead integrated performance marketing strategies across Paid Media & SEO.
• Own and grow key client relationships, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Oversee execution of multi-market campaigns, optimizing for performance and ROI.
• Implement data-driven measurement frameworks to track success and inform strategy.
• Mentor and lead a team of specialists, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Identify new business opportunities, contributing to revenue growth.
• Keep the agency at the forefront of digital marketing trends through innovation.
• Improve internal processes and operational efficiency to drive better results.

Your profile:

• 8+ years’ experience in performance marketing (SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social, Display).
• 3+ years’ leadership experience, ideally in an agency setting.
• Proven track record of driving client growth, profitability, and multi-market strategies.
• Deep knowledge of data, analytics, and attribution models (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Looker Studio).
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with senior decision-makers.
• Passion for innovation, problem-solving, and challenging the status quo.
