As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing analytical insights and operational support to the Go-To-Market (GTM) team. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will be responsible for understanding and analysing revenue-related data, optimising processes, and ensuring accurate financial reporting for the GTM function. Additionally, you will maintain a direct line of communication with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide a comprehensive view of GTM performance and financial metrics.
The Revenue Operations Manager is pivotal in supporting the GTM team by providing actionable insights, optimising processes, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. By collaborating with key stakeholders and leveraging data-driven strategies, you will contribute to driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and financial transparency across the organisation.
Experience
- Proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, financial analysis, or related roles within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales/marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of revenue recognition principles, SaaS business models, and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to GTM functions is a plus.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools).
Collaboration and Communication
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for the CRO and GTM team, highlighting key performance metrics, revenue forecasts, and sales pipeline insights.
Forecasting and Budgeting
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to develop revenue forecasts and budgets based on historical data and market trends.
- Monitor actual performance against forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions as needed.
Process Optimisation
- Evaluate and optimise sales and revenue-related processes, including lead generation, sales operations, and customer lifecycle management.
- Implement data-driven strategies to improve sales efficiency, revenue growth, and customer retention.
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align goals, strategies, and initiatives to drive revenue growth.
- Work with CFO and finance on commissions.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition, billing, and financial reporting.
Technology Enablement
- Leverage CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales and marketing tools to capture, analyse, and report on sales and revenue data.
- Identify opportunities to enhance technology infrastructure and tools to support GTM strategies and operations.
Financial Analysis and Insights
- Provide financial analysis and insights to the CFO, highlighting GTM performance, revenue projections, and profitability metrics.
- Support financial planning processes, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis related to GTM activities.
