Job Description

As a Senior Red Teamer, you will play a crucial role in simulating sophisticated cyber attacks to test and enhance our security measures. Your expertise will help us identify vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate potential threats. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with TIBER EU standards and a deep understanding of cyber threat intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct comprehensive red team assessments to identify security weaknesses and vulnerabilities.
  2. Simulate advanced persistent threats (APTs) and other cyber attack scenarios.
  3. Collaborate with the blue team to develop and implement effective countermeasures.
  4. Provide detailed reports and recommendations based on findings from red team exercises.
  5. Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in cybersecurity.
  6. Ensure all activities align with TIBER EU standards and guidelines.

Requirements:

  1. At least five years of experience in red team testing, including three years managing intelligence-led red team tests in the financial services industry.
  2. Proven experience as a Red Teamer or similar role in cybersecurity.
  3. In-depth knowledge of TIBER EU standards and their application in red team operations.
  4. Strong understanding of cyber threat intelligence and attack methodologies.
  5. Proficiency in penetration testing tools and techniques.
  6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  7. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  8. Relevant certifications (e.g., OSCP, OSCE, CISSP, CSASM, CCTIM) are a plus.
