Are you a talented CDM Consultant looking to elevate your career with a thriving construction consultancy? A well established, medium sized Consultancy is seeking a competent CDM Consultant to manage their portfolio of projects, including some exciting heritage projects. This company have most of their projects in and around the M25 and they are flexible with the working from home, so you will travel to their scenic office 2 times per-week.
The CDM Consultant Role
As a CDM Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in leading meetings and providing expert advice to clients across the core Construction sectors, however they oversee some very prestigious contracts within Heritage. Working with a national company that focuses on local projects, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in your community while engaging in a variety of stimulating projects.
The Successful CDM Consultant Will Have:
- Qualifications: NEBOSH Construction (required), Tech IOSH (minimum), APS membership (required).
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in CDM roles.
- Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
