Are you a passionate Graduate, looking for an exciting new role? Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Graduate Portuguese Speaking Analyst to join this amazing Fin Tech Company working alongside the Operations team.

The role will involve dealing with clients on a daily basis and will also include working closely with the Operations, Development, and Testing teams to help ensure client expectations are met. The Company is one of the world’s largest Funds Networks helping to connect the world’s leading financial organisations.

Principal Responsibilities

1. Dealing with client queries and managing client expectations via telephone, face-to-face, and emails.
2. Working with the operations team, development team, and testing team to ensure client expectations are met.
3. Collaborating as part of a team to implement system configurations, utilizing technical skills such as SQL and tools to configure IT systems.
4. Receiving training in supporting existing customers, configuring IT systems to their specifications, and providing consultancy/analysis services.

Person Specification

1. A degree preferably from a STEM background (others will be considered).
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Fluent in English and Portuguese.
3. Able to build rapport/relationships with clients.
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills.
5. An interest in IT and the financial sector.
