We are looking for a senior level banking solicitor to join our client who are a leading UK firm who are regularly ranking in the Legal 500. This senior level banking solicitor will have atleast 5 years PQE and be able to manage their own banking caseload independently. Due to a period of growth, this successful banking team are looking to grow. This banking team work with an enviable client based to include a number of household names. You will be joining the banking team in Bournemouth.
The successful banking solicitor will be advising clients on corporate lending, acquisition finance, asset finance, real estate finance, invoice discounting and re-financings across a wide variety of sectors. The team acts on behalf of borrowers, lenders, and investors.
