Senior Talent Acquisition Partner @ Finastra | Global Corporate Functions & Executive Hire
At Finastra, we believe our people are at the heart of our success. As a Human Resources Business Partner for our Lending Business Unit, you will play a key role in shaping our people strategy, driving organizational effectiveness, and fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture.
This role is both strategic and hands-on, partnering with business leaders to align HR initiatives with our business goals. You will collaborate across corporate functions, providing thoughtful guidance and data-driven insights to enable our people to thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Partnership: Work closely with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement. Lead and deliver key programs across the broader Lending HR function.
- Trusted Advisor & Relationship Building: Build strong, trusted relationships with business leaders, acting as a strategic coach and consultant on all people-related matters.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze people trends and metrics with Centres of Expertise (CoEs) to inform decision-making and drive impactful HR initiatives.
- Collaboration & Partnership: Work closely with in-country HR Partners and CoEs (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Rewards, Organizational Effectiveness, Culture & Talent) to deliver key projects and business-as-usual activities.
- HR Cyclical Processes: Partner with Lending leadership to drive annual HR programs, including talent and succession planning, compensation cycles, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Performance & Talent Management: Strengthen performance management practices by aligning individual and team goals with business strategy. Support leaders in attracting, developing, and retaining high-performing talent.
- Culture & Engagement: Champion a positive, inclusive workplace culture where employees feel valued and empowered to do their best work.
What You’ll Bring
- Education: A bachelor’s degree is preferred; a Masters degree (e.g., MBA, HR) is a plus.
- Experience: 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including as an HR Business Partner.
- HR Expertise: Strong knowledge of talent management, employee development, engagement, performance management, compensation, and HR analytics.
- Strategic & Hands-On Approach: Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to foster trust, influence stakeholders, and drive meaningful change.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business priorities and how HR can support organizational success.
- Communication & Leadership: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire colleagues at all levels.
- Tech Proficiency: Experience with MS Office and HR Information Systems (Workday preferred).
