Halcyon Health and Social Care are exclusively partnering with a well-established domiciliary care organisation, looking for a proactive and results-driven Regional Manager to lead multiple home care services across the Midlands. This provider has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, compassionate care, supporting individuals to live independently in their own homes. They specialise in elderly care, complex needs support, and dementia care, ensuring that service users receive flexible and tailored care packages suited to their needs. As Regional Manager, you will: ✔ Oversee multiple domiciliary care branches, ensuring high standards of service delivery and operational excellence. ✔ Support and mentor Registered Managers, embedding a culture of quality, compliance, and best practice. ✔ Drive service growth and performance, working closely with commissioners, local authorities, and NHS teams. ✔ Ensure CQC compliance and regulatory excellence, striving for ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ ratings across all services.
