My Client is a tech-driven software business, with over 200,000 users and growing fast. The business is in need of a Sales Administrator based in the Guildford office.
The Sales Administrator is a multifaceted role covering various elements of administrative support, customer services, onboarding, training, and client support.
Role includes:
- Partner Onboarding: You’ll be the calm that drives the early success of new partners. You’ll help them navigate the right order portal or process, recognizing where we can help and driving any needed internal change.
- Partner Success: There are nearly 500 partners, and they are growing fast. The company sees them as an extension of their own team; their success is ours. Helping them understand the products and resources, you’ll be their “go-to” for getting training organized or finding the right talent internally to white-label something special for them.
- Partner Retention: You’ll quickly become a Salesforce whizz (the CRM of choice), spinning up reports on partner activity, and highlighting trends our business development team and partners ought to know, through data delivered at the right time and in the right format they need.
