The Green Recruitment Company is working alongside a world-leading energy consultancy in their search for a Renewable Developer Account Manager.

Energy and Sustainability have become critical issues for organisations given emerging customer, investor, social and regulatory pressures. This client supports some of the world’s best-known companies, local governments/cities, and institutions on sustainability strategy, technology, and implementation. The client owns a software ecosystem providing tools, connections, and opportunities to help businesses achieve their carbon reduction goals. This platform is aimed at enabling corporations to act on carbon-reduction energy solutions.

The Role:

The Customer Success team is responsible for managing the accounts of both Corporate and Solution Provider Members. This includes performing a liaison role in the delivery of consulting services for renewable energy developers, interpreting and delivering pertinent market data, and owning the relationship to ensure customer satisfaction. As a member of the customer success team, the Renewable Developer Account Manager will primarily be focused on consulting delivery and account management for EU-based renewable energy developers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Facilitate delivery of market intelligence to renewable developer members through consultative sessions typically with mid-to senior-level leaders.
  2. Be an engaged and accessible resource for renewable developer members seeking guidance engaging with the platform, utilizing the features, or responding to specific inquiries.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with renewable developer members, identifying new ways to add value and ensuring renewal of services.
  4. Develop a deep understanding of the key climate and clean energy solution areas including on and off-site renewable and distributed energy resources, offset and credit mechanisms.
  5. Pass insights and comments about the platform from users to the product/tech teams.

Your Profile:

Some background and familiarity with solutions such as VPPAs as well as renewable energy and electricity more broadly. The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a problem-solving, strategic approach.

Non-essential but preferred skills and qualifications: Proficiency with data analytics and visualization software (Qlik, Tableau, PowerBI).
