We are looking for a Digital Media Executive to provide support for our global client with managing digital media campaigns in an international environment. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Experience / Requirements for Digital Media Executive:
- 2-3 years’ experience in managing digital campaigns preferably in an international environment
- Strong analytical skills
- Ideally experience working in media agency, or in a retail, ecommerce or FMCG organization with in-house digital activation
- Experience working in digital media and supporting paid media campaigns
- Knowledge of Google advertising products, Ads managers (Meta, LinkedIn optional) – ability to navigate on the advertising platforms
- Basic knowledge of GA4 (google analytics)
- Ability to manage timelines
As a Digital Media Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Manage timelines: External Media Agencies + Stakeholders
- Collect data for status updates (campaigns, countries, distributors) to send to relevant markets
- Collect data/Cull insights for distributors updates (per distributor) upon request: performance, screenshots, and suggest improvements
- Serve as key contact for: asset requirements (sizes, file formats, naming conventions etc) taking Channel-Format info, check requirements on ad platforms and check formats best practices
- Ad hoc tasks: manage lists of URLs, platform downloads, preparation of keywords for the campaign, etc.
- Manage list of distributors and product availability with Customer Marketing prior to campaigns
- Support development of A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements to improve conversion rates and click-through rates.
- Support in localisation of media plans for focused markets
- Support in content optimisation briefings to the designers
