We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Advisor to join our clients Human Resources team within the Legal industry. Based in London, the successful candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all Business Services vacancies.

Description
- Collaborative Recruitment Support – Work alongside the Recruitment Manager & Coordinator to ensure a seamless, high-quality recruitment process.
- Employer Branding – Promote the firm’s employer brand internally and externally to attract top talent.
- Stakeholder & Agency Management – Act as the main contact for direct applicants & recruitment agencies, ensuring smooth communication.
- Hiring & Job Scoping – Partner with hiring managers to define skill sets, validate job descriptions, and brief agencies on vacancies.
- Direct Sourcing & Screening – Use online ads, referrals, and LinkedIn to source candidates; review CVs & conduct initial screenings.
- Selection & Assessment – Advise on selection tools, oversee competency-based interviews, and provide structured feedback.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Maintain strong relationships with business leaders & hiring managers, providing regular recruitment updates.
- Agency Partnerships – Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, updating them on role pipelines & expectations.
- Compliance & Offer Process – Oversee offer documentation, screening, and visa/immigration compliance in line with regulations.
- General HR & Market Insights – Support wider HR team with recruitment updates, salary benchmarking, and interview training.
Profile
A successful Recruitment Advisor should have:
- Experience in the end-to-end recruitment process (approval to hire to offer management) ideally within legal sector or other professional services organisation.
- Experience conducting interview for a variety of positions at all levels of seniority.
- Proficient in use of MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent administration, organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage time efficiently
- Motivated and pro-active with a ‘can-do’ approach
- Calm and efficient under pressure.
- Flexible with regard to time and duties
- Ability to work within a small and busy team
Job Offer
