This role offers the opportunity to develop and grow alongside a supportive team, all while making a meaningful impact.\\n\\nWhat you will be doing:\\n\\nReporting to the Commercial Manager or Quantity Surveyor, you’ll assist in managing the financial and contractual aspects of our projects, including:\\n\\nGaining an understanding of the project scope, contracts, and commercial requirements.\\n\\nSupporting valuations, including re-measures and variation pricing.\\n\\nAssisting in subcontractor procurement and management.\\n\\nPreparing reports on cost/value and financial progress.\\n\\nCollaborating with the site team to ensure seamless project delivery.\\n\\nYou’ll also play a role in fostering innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement as part of our commitment to excellence.\\n\\nWhat you will bring:\\n\\nWe’re looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about construction. Ideally, you’ll have:\\n\\nA degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying (or nearing completion).\\n\\nStrong numeracy, communication, and report-writing skills.\\n\\nA proactive attitude with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.\\n\\nFamiliarity with contract administration and cost management principles.\\n\\nWhy Join Us:\\n\\nAt Careys, our people are at the heart of everything we do.
