Description
Reporting directly to the CFO and Founding Partner, this sole charge position is ideal for a proactive and experienced professional looking for an in depth and all round accounting role.
This is a broad role and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Group Accounting and Monthly Reporting for 6-7 core entities in the UK and Overseas territories
- Monthly Reconciliations and production of Financial Reports for each entity in the group
- Liaising with UK VAT and Corporation Tax advisors to submit VAT returns quarterly for UK entities and annual Corporation tax submissions
- Preparation of annual financial statements for each entity in the group and liaison with auditors
- Supporting UK business with reconciliations on marketing budgets / variances
- Full Oversight of Ledgers and Reconciliations and Authorisation of Payments
- Ad hoc project work as required
Profile
A successful candidate should have:
- Fully Qualified in ACA, CIMA or ACCA
- Experience in financial reporting, various accounting treatments and year end audit
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An in-depth understanding of financial regulations and accounting processes.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
