Join a prestigious Top 10 International Firm and support them in growing their leading Commercial Litigation team as a Senior Associate in their central Edinburgh office.

The team are seeking a candidate with first-rate London experience, who is looking to relocate to Scotland and maintain the highest quality of work.

This property litigation team are one of the best in Scotland, where solicitors seeking an engaging role will find the range and quality of work to be fulfilling.

Working across the spectrum of property litigation matters, your caseload will include landlord-tenant issues, complex property disputes, title issues, servitudes, dilapidation claims and much more. Your clients are also varied, ranging from high-net-worth individuals to large corporations, public bodies, developers, utility providers, SMEs and commercial landlords.

Advising these clients on all property dispute matters, you will gain exposure to forums including the Court of Session, Sheriff Court, The Land Tribunal and Land Court as well as engaging in alternative dispute resolution processes.

Working alongside individually recognised Partners, you will be in a strong position to continue to develop your skill set.
