The purpose of this role is to act as the key interface between the business leaders/users and the Product Management to gather information, perform detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and functional / non-functional requirements for the product.

About The Role
To achieve our development and scaling goals, we’re looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Junior Product Manager with some experience in building, marketing or researching digital products. Whether you’re a recent graduate or looking for your first role, this is a great opportunity to kick-start your career in Product. Working closely with the Sr Product Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the product’s success. Your role will involve analysing data, engaging with users, and collaborating with cross-functional colleagues to ensure informed decisions are made about the product’s direction. More specifically, you’ll make an impact by:
- Analysing user behaviour and product usage data to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collecting, organising, and analysing customer feedback through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and support tickets to inform product decisions.
- Assisting with the launch of new features and evaluating their success and impact.
- Influencing the product roadmap and backlog by providing data-driven insights and creating detailed tickets.
- Collaborating with the Sr Product Manager and Software Developers to brainstorm, design, and implement solutions that address user problems.
- Collaborating with the Product Enablement Manager to develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and marketing materials.
- Collaborating with the QA Developers to conduct regression tests following deployments to ensure product stability and quality.
- Monitoring the feedback channels and product inbox, prioritising inquiries, and escalating issues to appropriate colleagues.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Strong interest in or basic understanding of the software development process.
- 0 to 2 years’ work experience in building, marketing or researching digital products.
- Technical acumen and ability to gain expertise in digital marketing and our product quickly.
