Do you have a passion for transforming data into actionable insights? Does continuous improvement drive you? We are seeking an Insight Analyst to provide comprehensive business, customer and operational intelligence for our client. You will conduct customer segmentation studies and undertake detailed analytical projects to enhance service delivery and maintain a customer-centric approach.
You will become part of a 15-strong analytics team that delivers performance reporting, customer intelligence, business analysis and research services. This 12-month fixed-term position requires substantial experience in insight generation and data analytics. You must demonstrate proficiency in applying analytical methodologies and processing complex datasets. Strong analytical thinking and superior written and verbal communication abilities are essential.
The role is based at either their Somerset, Hampshire or Berkshire office, requiring three days per week on-site for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement. Two days per week offer flexible working arrangements from your preferred location.
Our client operates as a major social housing organisation, maintaining a portfolio exceeding 50,000 properties and community facilities across England, supporting over 100,000 residents.
