If so, we invite you to join NB&T (New Business & Transitions), the dynamic team at the forefront of Vanguard’s global product expansion.
As a key member of NB&T, you will lead the charge in advancing strategic investment product opportunities, presenting innovative ideas to mitigate risks, and optimizing product integration and launches. Your role will involve anticipating challenges and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders, e.g. PRD, Institutional, and FAS, to ensure seamless execution of fund events. Dive deep into the end-to-end product portfolio lifecycle and be a part of paving the way for new product types and successful product launches.”

Core Responsibilities

  1. Manages projects or multiple workstreams within a broader project or program. Develops, implements, and monitors project plans. Contributes expertise to major project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.
  2. Provides insight on best practices and common obstacles based on prior experiences. Serves as a trusted advisor to ensure projects are aligned with the overall company strategy and market conditions.
  3. Communicates project status and issues regularly to stakeholders, including leaders, team members, and senior managers.
  4. Builds and maintains effective relationships. Proactively fosters communication between internal and external project stakeholders. Influences key decisions across stakeholder groups.
  5. Proactively identifies, manages, and mitigates risks and any related project issues. Communicates solutions on key issues or projects to management and stakeholders to obtain their input and buy-in as appropriate.
  6. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum of 10 years related work experience. Two years of managing a project preferred. Financial Services and function-specific experience preferred.
  2. Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred.
  3. Exceptional Stakeholder Management.
  4. Excellent problem solver/ communicator.
