We’re looking for a Product Manager to drive internal initiatives that empower our teams with better tools, automation, and insights. You’ll play a key role in optimizing internal systems, ensuring teams across sales, customer success, and operations have the right technology and data to work effectively.
You\’ll lead the development of automated online sales channels , improve internal support tools , and enhance billing and analytics automation . Your Responsibilities
- Lead the product management of an online sales channel through the Camascope website, ensuring seamless integration with business processes.
- Enhance internal support tools used by the operations team to improve efficiency and customer service.
- Drive automation initiatives across billing, analytics, and system integrations , ensuring smooth interactions between key business IT systems.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve internal processes through better tools, automation, and data insights.
- Develop close relationships with engineers , working together to build and refine internal systems.

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally focused on internal tools, automation, or operations.
- Experience leading the development of automated online sales channels integrated into business operations.
- Strong understanding of workflow automation, CRM systems, and business intelligence tools.
- Ability to translate business needs into product requirements and technical solutions , managing projects end-to-end.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
