Why You’ll Love This Role

  • High Impact: Your work will directly improve the day-to-day operations of multiple internal teams.
  • Ownership: Lead high-priority initiatives from discovery to delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across sales, customer success, onboarding, support, and engineering.

  • Identify process gaps, gather user feedback, and prioritize improvements.
  • Track outcomes, iterate based on data and feedback, and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Help raise the bar of the Product Team

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience building tools that support sales, support, billing, or onboarding teams.
  • Strong understanding of workflow automation, CRM systems, and business intelligence tools.
  • Ability to turn complex business problems into clear, actionable product requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Bonus: scripting or programming experience to support automation initiatives.
