The Intelligence Specialist provides embedded user support for our partnered intelligence application, covering training and mentorship, all the way to first line support and data management functions. With a comprehensive training package, you’ll act as superuser for the application, conducting floor-walking activities and proactively working with users to achieve end objectives.

Core Responsibilities
- Providing embedded mentorship and support for end users
- Mentoring user knowledge of existing and new application features
- Deliver a range of training material and courses to end users
- Capture user requirements, feeding back to the development team for assessment
- Work in a team and autonomously to support a range of customer requirements
