Casualty Solicitor Location: Birmingham Salary: £41,000 – £45,000 A leading defendant law firm has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Lawyer (NQ – 2 PQE) to join their Casualty team in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly regarded team, managing a diverse caseload of casualty claims, including personal injury, public liability, and employer’s liability, while gaining exposure to high-quality work and career progression within a top firm. You’ll manage your own caseload while supporting senior fee earners, working on pre-litigated and litigated claims across Highways Law, Occupiers Liability, Employers Liability, and Housing Disrepair for local authorities and their insurers. The firm is wanting to speak with qualified Solicitors and Chartered Legal Executives who have previous claims handling experience and who are between NQ – 2 PQE. You will have ideally dealt with defendant litigated claims previously, however those with strong claimant experience will also be considered.
