You lead the digital transformation and improvements of business processes and ensure the business operates with an optimal balance of quality, flexibility, control, and cost.

Relevant academic and professional qualifications (Banking, Finance, insurance, leasing or related field)

Previous experience in a senior level operations position within banking, finance, insurance, leasing or related industries.

Strong understanding of financial regulations.

Proven experience in identifying and managing the risks, issues and dependencies inherent within complex projects.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Live within a commutable distance to the offices in Melton Mowbray.
