Are you ready to lead and shape a world-class SEO function? We’re looking for an experienced Head of SEO to drive innovation, growth, and impact in organic search.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a cutting-edge SEO strategy that maximises visibility and revenue. Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing SEO team, fostering a culture of innovation and growth.
• Stay ahead of SEO trends, sharing insights and best practices across the business.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive SEO integration across all digital touchpoints.
• Manage and optimise relationships with external SEO agencies.
• Champion a data-driven approach, ensuring SEO strategies are continuously improved.
• Elevate SEO literacy across the organisation and own the SEO narrative.

About You:

• Proven experience in SEO leadership, delivering long-term, revenue-driven strategies.
• Deep technical and content SEO expertise, with hands-on experience optimising large-scale websites.
• Strong ability to balance strategic oversight with tactical execution.
• A proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Skilled in stakeholder management, able to influence and collaborate across teams.
• Experience working with SEO agencies and managing external partnerships.
• Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
