As an industry leader, we have leveraged our relationships with AWS & Microsoft to provide best in class service to our customers. We are currently in the midst of a number of greenfield projects based on our 2025 strategic initiatives and we are looking to hire a Software Engineering Manager with experience of managing change to join our team.

As a Software Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions. This position is ideal for an experienced Developer who has a passion for helping others improve and progress their careers whilst staying close to the code base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster a productive and innovative development environment
  • Oversee the development process to produce reliable and efficient software solutions
  • Lead on process and creation of technical solution design and documentation to support delivery of development projects
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, plan, and implement new features and enhancements
  • Optimize application performance, ensuring responsiveness and scalability
  • Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues across the stack
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions
