We are looking for an analytical, action-oriented, and collaborative individual that can translate business problems to actionable insights and data driven solutions to influence customer & supplier experience. Successful individuals in this role excel at both qualitative and quantitative analysis while also being eager to communicate upward and outward to tell a concise story.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end analyses, from Google Bigquery to action-driving reporting (e.g. Looker/Data Studio)
- Drive relationships and collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g. Product and Engineering)
- Contribute to the development of tools and processes to make our team more efficient
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with effective communication and thorough follow through
- Drive impactful results on key projects such as Search, accuracy of product data, filters
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field
- Experience in writing complex database queries (ideally Google Bigquery), and using data visualization tools such as Gsheets/Excel, Data Studio, Looker, Tableau or PowerBI
- Knowledge in writing code (Python, R) and/or experience using GenAI tools is a plus
- Excellent communication, both written and verbally
- Team-first attitude with enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration
- An entrepreneurial spirit and mindset
