Madison Hunt is partnered with a highly active Infrastructure M&A team in a well-regarded investment bank to hire a Junior Vice President to be based in London. Having built a strong track record, the team partners with middle market funds, advising on buy and sell side transactions across Europe and across all infrastructure asset classes, including renewable energy, telecommunications, and transportation to name a few. The Junior VP will play a key role in the execution of transactions whilst regularly interacting with clients.
Responsibilities
- Be currently sitting in a Senior Associate / Junior VP position in the Infrastructure and/or Renewable Energy M&A team of a well-regarded bank in London
- Have a proven M&A deal track record and experience in leading the execution of transactions
- Possess a strong and all-round investment banking technical skill set
- Hold a finance, mathematics, or related degree from a highly regarded university
