What to expect

As the Retail Implementation Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the successful implementation of retail initiatives and projects across branches and partners. This includes new and change activity across products/services, supporting the end-to-end planning and ‘last mile’ delivery of activity in line with the Air Traffic Control process.

Reporting to the Retail Implementation Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams on the rollout of new initiatives, products, and services, ensuring they are delivered seamlessly and effectively across the Post Office branch network right first time, across all channels (Independent, Directly Managed and Strategic Partners).

Working collaboratively with key stakeholders across various internal functions, this role requires planning, communication and influencing skills, alongside an understanding of the retail and postal services landscape.

What you’ll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you will need to have experience in Project Management, Product Management or Process Improvement. In addition you will possess:
• Experience delivering multi-channel communications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience in Project Management or Planning would be of benefit
• Good commercial acumen
