We are seeking an Electrical Engineer with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This role involves carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance at a high-end corporate site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct building maintenance, including PPMs
- Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance
- Oversee generators and plant rooms
- Maintain AHUs and FCUs
