Plumber – Marylebone – £40,000

Location: Fenchurch Street

Salary: £40,000 + Plenty of Overtime

Hours: Monday to Friday

A rare and exciting opportunity has come up to work for the growing facilities maintenance company for a Banking Contract located near Marylebone Station. The suitable candidate will have extensive commercial maintenance experience, including Emergency lighting, Hot and cold systems, Fire alarm checks, FCUs, AHUs, UPS, BMS, and riser experience. Particular knowledge of FCUs, water treatment, and HVAC is needed, and previous experience in a corporate client-facing environment would be beneficial as this is a very corporate site.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a fantastic package including a £40,000 salary, clear progression path, overtime, pension, and career stability.

Duties:

  1. Complete PPMs in a timely and efficient fashion
  2. Ensure Reactive works are completed in a timely and efficient fashion
  3. Basin & Tap Changes
  4. General Building Service Maintenance
  5. Minor Fabric Works Fixing Broken Doors/Locks etc.
  6. Ensuring the site is kept in full working condition
  7. Ensuring full compliance & Health and Safety are being met
  8. Provide a positive working environment

Requirements:

  1. City and Guilds NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing
  2. Able to take part in call out rota
  3. Experienced as a Plumber
