The role involves: Supporting clients in the local community to live independently at home. Support clients with their day-to-day routine. Assisting with personal care such as showering, bathing, continence care Helping with mobility Administration of medication Meal preparation Light domestic tasks Individual requirements outlined in each person-centred support plan. Previous experience is not essential, as Rumney Care is committed to supporting staff with high quality personalised training.
