+impact is seeking a strategic and hands-on marketing professional to drive brand development, thought leadership, and market engagement. As Marketing & Communications Manager, you will be responsible for amplifying the +impact brand, executing marketing strategies, and supporting business growth through lead generation and content creation.
+impact is a specialised advisory business within the Serco Group, dedicated to delivering purpose-driven consulting services with a strong focus on the public sector and regulated industries. What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Evolve +Impact’s brand positioning, messaging, and identity to align with market trends and business priorities.
- Create compelling content, including thought leadership, reports, and case studies, to engage target audiences.
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO, paid media, and social media campaigns.
- Oversee PR, media, and event marketing strategies to raise brand awareness and credibility.
- Support business development and sales enablement through targeted marketing campaigns and materials.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to refine marketing approaches.
- Manage the marketing budget to ensure activities align with business objectives.
