Creative Recruitment Limited – Creative Consultant

Location: St Albans (Office-based, on-site parking available)

Hours: Full-time, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday

We are looking for a creative Marketing Manager to enhance our clients’ brands’ digital presence, spearhead social media strategies, and lead public relations efforts. You will be responsible for driving engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok while executing cutting-edge digital marketing strategies that align with their business goals.

This role involves close collaboration with internal teams, including Account Managers and the Creative Director, to achieve impactful results. You will be in charge of developing and executing engaging campaigns while continuously evaluating performance for optimization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement integrated social media strategies in line with business and marketing goals.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee key social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), handling content creation, scheduling, and engagement. Track and optimize performance to meet growth and engagement objectives.
  • Paid Advertising: Leverage paid advertising, influencer partnerships, SEO, and strong copywriting practices to boost brand visibility.
  • Campaign Development & Execution: Plan and execute digital campaigns, product launches, events, and promotions while ensuring alignment with strategic goals and budget.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor social media performance metrics, generate reports, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Public Relations Strategy: Manage PR activities, including press releases, media outreach, and cultivating relationships with journalists and influencers.
  • Content Strategy & Development: Develop high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content for B2B social media channels, aligning with target audience needs.
  • Industry Trends & Innovation: Keep up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Budget & Performance Oversight: Manage marketing budgets, analyze campaign performance, and provide recommendations for future investments.
  • Internal Education & Advocacy: Foster a culture of digital excellence, creativity, and data-driven decision-making within the organization.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 8-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a creative agency or fast-paced setting.
  • Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to turn marketing goals into effective digital initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of juggling multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Data-driven and analytical , with the ability to assess performance and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Creativity and innovation , pushing boundaries to captivate and engage audiences.
  • Technical knowledge of social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems (e.g., Hey Orca, Canva, Meta Business).
