Job Purpose
As a key member of the vessel performance team in our Marine Coatings business, you will support the implementation and commercialisation of our vessel performance management product & service solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Interrogating complex performance datasets to create internal and external stakeholder reports.
- Support sales & marketing colleagues with customer facing activities.
- Ensuring sales tooling is maintained/updated as required.
- Working closely with R&D colleagues, generating insights to improve commercial offer & product/solution pipeline.
Job Requirements
- Degree (or equivalent qualification), ideally BSc, in Maths / Statistics, Data Science, Marine & Offshore Engineering or Naval Architecture.
- Experience in the chemical/coatings industry is desirable.
- Analytical mind with strong numerical acumen with knowledge/understanding of analysing complex datasets.
- Experience with statistical tools and programming languages such as Python / R / Matlab / PowerBI would be preferred.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
