Found Industrial are looking for Assembly Operatives to work alongside our client near Washington, West Sussex. The role will include working as part of a team, following supervisor instructions and adhering to health and safety at all times. Due to the location, candidates must drive to get here. The Role of Assembly Operative: Day Shift Full Time, Monday to Friday Starting rate £11.50 – £12 per hour, depending on experience Duties of Assembly Operative: Using hand tools and power tools to assemble products Use of soldering iron Application of silicone sealant to connectors Quality control and checking assembled components meet standards Maintain a clean and organised work environment Requirements for Assembly Operative: Good level of written and verbal English required. Experience within electrical or mechanical assembly or manufacturing Qualification within electrical or mechanical engineering preferred Strong attention to detail Steady hands as items can be very small Benefits for Assembly Operative: Weekly pay on a Friday Potential for permanent position Employer pension contribution scheme Holiday pay on an accrual basisWe are happy to accept individuals with factory, production and manufacturing experience.
