An market leading London insurer are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst who will be working closely with the Finance Director and will have lots of exposure across the business/with senior stakeholders.
The main responsibilities of this Senior FP&A Analyst role will include:
- Lead financial analysis in support of the Deputy Finance Director – UK & Europe in both Finance matters (operational and financial) as well as on Strategic projects
- Establish a sub-function responsible for financial planning and analysis of operating expenses
- Design and produce reporting to support the analysis and forecasting of financial performance
- Develop financial and scenario analyses models to support decision-making
- Liaise with stakeholders across the business at all levels
- Assist in providing support to process improvement and control solution efforts within the Finance function
The successful candidate for this Senior FP&A Analyst will need experience in working in an accounting function in the insurance industry or experience working in an accounting firm auditing insurance clients. The candidate must also be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with prior FP&A/Finance Business Partnering experience.
