My client, a well known and established firm which is going from strength to strength, is, due to increased business, looking for an experienced Real Estate Solicitor/Associate to join its thriving team.
You will provide assistance to a diverse client portfolio on a variety of complex and traditional commercial property matters on behalf of both landlords and tenants. You will deal with sales, purchases, leases along with other third-party negotiations eg: servitudes and wayleaves agreements.
You will be a keen networker and will be an active participant in business development initiatives.
