Job Description

  1. Develop, implement and manage our ecommerce strategy
  2. Collaborate with the marketing & agency department to ensure consistency
  3. Improve the online customer journey to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
  4. Analyse data to monitor website performance and optimise accordingly
  5. Work with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and market presence
  6. Coordinate with IT department to ensure system efficiency
  7. Stay updated with the latest industry trends
  8. Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
