An award winning, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team in Birmingham. They work across a wide variety of sectors with a vast array of clients including the public sector, healthcare organisations, world leading blue chip clients, sports teams, Automotive OEM’s, R&D organisations, defence and academic research institutes.

Role & Responsibilities for the Senior Project Manager:

• Lead and successfully deliver projects
• Manage professional teams

Skills & Experience of the Senior Project Manager:

• BSc/MSc in a relevant project management / surveying / engineering related subject
• Ideally, MRICS, MCIOB or ChPP
• Proven construction project management and managing professional teams experience required
• Experience within mixed use urban redevelopment (commercial office, residential and placemaking) and/or healthcare would be beneficial
• Experience across the pre-construction stages of a project
• Experience of report writing
• An entrepreneurial spirit, combined with inquisitiveness, diligence and resilience
