Description
The Governance Advisor / Officer will be part of the Governance team reporting into the Head of Governance from their Liverpool office. They will support on:
- Support Board, Committee, and Executive meetings
- Agenda setting
- Preparation of papers
- Minute taking
- Organise and record evidence to support the housing association’s governance actions
Profile
The successful Governance Advisor / Officer will have some experience within a governance or co-sec function ideally within a not-for-profit environment.
Job Offer
This is a 13-month contract with a basic salary of up to £32,000 + benefits. Hybrid working from their Liverpool office (2 days in the office, 3 from home).
