About the Role
Are you a dynamic and experienced leader ready to drive and support cutting-edge Cyber and Operational Technology Transformation initiatives? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you to join our SecOps project at Cadent!
As our Business Change and Transformation Lead, you will be at the forefront of our strategic transformation efforts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative strategies and enhance business processes, driving efficiency and continuous improvement. Your role will involve developing a stakeholder map and leading a team of business change and transformation analysts. You will be the key communicator, addressing concerns and uncertainties while promoting the benefits of business change and transformation.

- Oversee and Manage Change: Lead the process of change and transformation within the organisation.
- Facilitate Smooth Transitions: Ensure seamless transformations during mergers, restructurings, process improvements, and technology implementations.
- Collaborate and Implement: Work with various stakeholders to develop and execute strategies that minimise disruption and maximise employee adoption.
- Coordinate Plans: Maintain and update the multi-functional change and transformation plan, advocating for good change management practices.
- Develop Strategies: Create comprehensive change management strategies to support business transformation initiatives.
Skills and Experience
- Educational Background: Bachelor\’s degree in business administration, organisational psychology, or a related field or equivalent.
- Change Management Expertise: In-depth knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to inspire, influence, and drive results in a matrixed environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to leverage data and metrics for decision-making and measuring impact.
- Project Management: Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Certifications: Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, project management software).
