Leasing Associates deliver all daily operational responsibilities creating an exceptional Resident experience 24/7. Day to day duties for the Community include marketing, building maintenance and tenancy administration and delivering an exceptional resident experience. Actively builds strong relationships with contractors, suppliers and third parties to ensure the Resident experience is seamless and Residents receive service levels which exceed their expectations. Note: Its a maternity Cover for 1 year. Key Role Responsibilities Conduct sales and leasing activities, including viewings, follow-ups, conversions, and achieving leasing targets. Maintain accurate CRM data; handle documentation, payments, cancellations, and inquiries professionally. Provide exceptional on-site customer service, supporting resident events, move-ins, and move-outs. Inspect properties for quality, maintain local knowledge, and cross-sell when required. Handle customer queries, complaints, health & safety checks, and assist with minor maintenance as needed. Knowledge & Qualifications General education; proficient in MS Office and property software (training provided). Strong customer service and sales experience in hospitality or similar fields. Detail-oriented with knowledge of UK Health & Safety and Landlord/Tenant laws; residential property qualification preferred.
