Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent for our clients. You will leverage your expertise in relationship management and utilise various recruitment tools and platforms to ensure a seamless hiring process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for human resources. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and organisational culture. * Utilise applicant tracking systems and CRM platforms to manage candidate pipelines effectively. * Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential candidates through social media management, networking, and industry events. * Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates\’ qualifications against job requirements. * Provide guidance to clients on market trends, candidate availability, and recruitment strategies. * Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Qualifications * Proven experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably in a consultancy setting. * Familiarity with CRM systems * Strong lead generation skills with experience in social media management for talent acquisition. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates alike. * Demonstrated relationship management abilities to foster long-term partnerships with clients. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Knowledge of current employment laws and regulations is an advantage.
