Job Title: Senior Planner/Planning Manager
Location: Hampshire
Job Type: Full-Time – 5 days a week in the office.
Salary: Up to 65k DOE
Join a dynamic team in a hands-on role where you\’ll play a pivotal role in the entire planning process, overseeing projects from initial site concept to securing planning permissions and beyond.
Responsibilities:
As the successful candidate, you will be entrusted with the planning process for a diverse range of projects, ranging from individual custom homes to large-scale residential mixed-use developments comprising hundreds of homes. Additionally, you\’ll have the exciting opportunity to champion projects exceeding 1,000 units through our innovative future-land promotion initiatives, ensuring each day brings new challenges and opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience:
·A minimum of 2 years\’ experience as a Planner.
·Proven ability to address both the general public and engage with council officers and committee members in public forums.
·In-depth knowledge of planning processes and regulations related to planning approval.
·Desirable: Degree in Planning or Surveying, or equivalent.
·Desirable: Membership in RTPI and/or RIBA and/or RICS.
Skills and Attributes:
·Strong communication and listening skills.
·Exceptional attention to detail.
·Collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
·Proficient in administration with excellent organizational skills.
·Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under deadlines and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
