Robert Half is currently engaging with a creative agency that is looking to recruit a contract Mac support engineer for an initial 3-6 month period with a view to going permanent.
Role:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients using Mac devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain Mac operating systems and software applications.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on Mac devices.
- Set up, configure and deploy Mac devices, including peripherals and network connections.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their IT requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Document support activities, including resolutions and recommendations, for future reference.
- Stay updated on the latest Mac operating systems, software applications, and technologies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures related to Mac support.
